We accept returns or exchanges on unused items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Care & Cleaning
The best way to clean alpaca products is to hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry. Avoid wringing or machine drying to maintain the softness and shape of the fiber.
Some alpaca items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water, but we recommend hand washing whenever possible to maximize the life of the garment.
No. Alpaca products should never be machine dried, as heat can cause shrinking or damage to the fibers. Always lay flat to dry.
